I'm gobsmacked. When I set out to write the first letter in this series, I really thought it would get zero traction. "Who, seriously, wants to read about my boring health problems?" And it was really long. But nothing could be further from the truth. It had the highest open rate of probably any letter in the last six months! In addition, 10 people subscribed between publishing and now. That's a new record. So thanks for reading, everybody! Though the reason for the high open rate makes me kind of sad. You see, the tragic fact is that a lot of people are suffering ill health right now. A lot of you, apparently, are in that number. And a lot of them are being made much worse by "healthy" diets.
