Yesterday, we went apple picking. Other than the pesky fact that I still don't physically feel quite good, it was a perfect day. The weather was crisp, the leaves were beautiful, and the apples were delicious. The next month will mark the grand push before the Christmas season is upon me. I have baking and sewing and writing to do. I am determined to make this Christmas an entirely homemade Christmas.
