Save James
Please help stop a little boy from being sacrificed on the alter of the transgender cult.
I’ll get straight to the point today: I need you to help a dad I know prevent the chemical, and eventually surgical, castration of his eleven-year-old son. I need you to pray and I need you to open up your wallets and donate to this dad’s legal expenses. If you were planning on becoming a paid subscriber of mine and you can’t afford to both upgrade your subscription and give to this cause, skip me and give your money to Jeff Younger. This is more important.
I first met Jeff in October 2021 at a political event hosted by a friend of my husband. I remember this well because it was also the day I ended up getting my picture taken with Jonathon and a scruffy-looking fellow while folks around us exclaimed, “The Original Outlaw!” (I was the politician’s wife. This wasn’t unusual. I was always getting roped into photos with people I didn’t know from Adam.) It wasn’t until I left that I realized the scruffy-looking fellow was bonafide country music royalty. I felt like a dunderhead. I did not know who the man was because I am a classical music nerd and don’t listen to country. I reckon most of you know who he is, though…
At any rate, among many other people, I met Jeff and we spoke briefly. I got his abbreviated story and was horrified.
I’ve written about the mess that is Family Court in my first Red Pill Heresies article. You may recall that a vote my husband, Jonathon Hill, made his second year in office led to meeting Christopher Emmanuel. After that vote, it was like the flood gates opened and parents, mostly dads, who had been unjustly separated from their children started coming out of the woodwork. Jonathon would listen to them, try to help, and support needed legislation which often failed to gain steam in the SC House. One of these dads was John Gallman, who has become one of my husband’s dearest friends and was the friend who invited us to this event I mentioned above. (His story has had a happier ending than most. Maybe one day I’ll enlist his permission to tell it.)
Up to this point, I thought I had pretty much heard everything. I had even read about Jeff’s story here and there. But meeting Jeff in person helped solidify his case in my mind as one of the worst yet. As these cases often do, it began with a marriage and then a divorce.
The couple had twin boys when they parted ways. Shortly after the divorce, Jeff’s ex-wife, pediatrician Anne Georgulas began to claim that one of the twins, James, was experiencing gender dysphoria. She began to dress him like a girl, called him “Luna,” and fully intended to put James on puberty blockers. The rest of the complicated legal battle that ensued can be told in various news stories as follows:
From James Gordon of the Daily Mail…
The bitter court battle began when Georgulas filed a court request in 2018 to change their joint custody arrangement to include a requirement that Younger start calling their child by the name Luna.
She claimed three mental health professionals had diagnosed James with gender dysphoria and that therapists had recommended they start using the name Luna instead of James.
Younger, however, filed his own request with the court to obtain sole custody of the twins to prevent the gender transition. Initially, he lost, but Thursday's ruling now sees him on an equal footing with his ex-wife over their son's welfare.

Any hormone replacement therapy, psychiatric care, medical care, etc…would now have to be a joint decision between Anne and Jeff. Jeff would never agree to a transition in any way shape or form, putting a hefty roadblock in the way.
Anne persisted in her battle to continue transitioning James. Most alarming, she moved the two boys out of Texas to California. California has a “trans refuge” law in place. Frankie Stocks of the National File explains further:
…the Texas Supreme Court allowed the boy to be removed from Texas and the care of his father in late 2022, and be taken to California by his mother, where she’s since taken advantage of “trans refuge” laws.
Georgulas moved her son James, and his twin brother, to California just days before those laws went into effect, something that Younger has long maintained was done to facilitate the castration of their son, despite Texas court orders barring Georgulas from doing exactly that.
But remarkably, after the move to California, the Texas Supreme Court denied Younger’s plea to have his sons returned to Texas.
Texas Supreme Court Justices Blalock and Young dismissed Younger’s concerns and warnings around the trans refuge law, claiming that his “fears are no more likely to be realized in California under SB 107 than they were before the bill’s enactment.”
According to the justices, whose ruling directly led to the pending castration of young James, his “father misreads California’s new law.”

Jeff did not misread California’s new law. The bill’s very author, Senator Scott Weiner has made the bill’s scope quite clear. Here’s what he says about it on his official website:
1) It prohibits the enforcement of a law of another state that authorizes a state agency to remove a child from their parent or guardian based on the parent or guardian allowing their child to receive gender-affirming health care. The bill would prevent California’s law enforcement from cooperating with any individual or out-of-state agency regarding the provision of lawful gender-affirming health care performed in this state. As a result, families will be able to come to California to avoid having their trans children taken away from them.
2) It bars compliance in California with any out-of-state subpoena seeking health or other related information about people who come to California to receive gender-affirming care, if the subpoena relates to efforts to criminalize individuals or remove children from their homes for having received gender-affirming care. Some states are considering legislation that would extend their criminal prohibitions even to residents who travel out of state to receive gender-affirming health care.
3) It prohibits the arrest or recognition of any demand for extradition of an individual that criminalizes allowing a person to receive or provide gender-affirming health care where that conduct would not be unlawful under California’s law. It will declare that it is California’s public policy that any out-of-state criminal arrest warrant for someone based on violating another state’s law against receiving gender-affirming care is the lowest priority for law enforcement in California.

The crux of the matter is this. Either late this month or next, California courts will decide whether Georgulas can proceed with plans to start her prepubescent son on puberty blockers. Puberty blockers are not reversible. The permanent side effects of this intervention are numerous and severe. Many countries have slammed on the breaks and are no longer eagerly giving these to children. A group of doctors weigh in at the Journal of the American College of Clinical Pharmacology:
Puberty-related hormones have wide ranging effects on brain structure, function, and connectivity.11 Concerns have been raised that hormonal suppression of puberty may permanently alter neurodevelopment.2, 11-13 The possible impact of puberty blockade on a young person's cognition has important implications for the decision to initiate exogenous cross-sex hormones and the capacity to give informed consent.14 Moreover, it has been suggested that pubertal suppression may alter the course of gender identity development, essentially “locking in” a gender identity that may have reconciled with biological sex during the natural course of puberty.13 Over 95% of youth treated with GnRH-analogs go on to receive cross-sex hormones.15 By contrast, 61-98% of those managed with psychological support alone reconcile their gender identity with their biological sex during puberty.16-18This lack of evidence to support the durability of a transgender identification is conceptually consistent with significant psychosocial determinants of cross-sex identity, while the belief in immutable biological influences can best be described as a “current hypothesis.”19

If Georgulas is successful in her bid to begin puberty blockers on James, the next step will be bottom surgery. He will be surgically castrated and given a surgically constructed “vagina”— a wound which his body will continually try to close up, requiring constant dilation and medical care to prevent infections and other complications.
This is what Jeff Younger is fighting. This is what no parent should ever have to fight. It’s barbaric, and it should be illegal and categorized as the sexual and physical abuse of a minor in all fifty states. But it’s not.
Because it’s not, Jeff must bleed money on legal fees to keep his ex-wife and surgeons from psychologically abusing and mutilating his child.
I hope everyone reading this recognizes that what has happened and is happening here is evil to the core. If not, please leave my newsletter and don’t come back.
For the rest of you, (I suspect that’s all of you), here’s how you can help:
Pray! Pray like James’s life depends upon it, because it does. Pray for Jeff’s strength and for the funds to keep fighting.
Give money.
There’s a fund set up at GiveSendGo to help pay for the ongoing legal battle. It costs an obscene amount of money to hire excellent lawyers for a fight like this. Please give whatever you can and as much as you possibly can at the red button directly below this paragraph.
My dear friends, besides the ongoing murder of babies in the womb, the chemical castration and surgical mutilation of children is the most pressing human rights crime of our lives.
When I was a good deal younger, I found myself irritated by this common expression, “Some people are so Heavenly minded, they are of no earthly good.” I thought it was wrong, so I changed it to become the tagline, if you will, of my life. “Lord, let me be so Heavenly minded that I do a world of good.”
This is your chance and mine to do a world of good. If we cannot interfere and meddle when a child is being led down the road to irreparable damage…then of what mortal good are we to anyone, much less God who put us here to do His will? God will not hold us guiltless if we put our hands over our eyes and plug our ears.
Please, do everything you can to save James.
That’s all for now. Until next time, folks…
